Do you provide child seats?
Yes. It is sufficient to specify it during the reservation.
What information should I share when making a transfer reservation?

In the airport transfer reservation form, your name, surname, phone number, email address, and flight number are requested. Make sure that the phone number and email address are correct. Be sure to write your flight number so that your airport transfer vehicle can meet you on time.

How will I know that my reservation has been confirmed?
A reservation confirmation will be sent to your email address after the reservation.

Transfer Process

Will there be any extra charges during the transfer?
No. Our prices are transparent, there are no hidden fees.
Is there an extra waiting fee for delayed flights?
We monitor your flight. No additional fee is charged for delays.
How do I meet the vehicle from my address or at a different reservation outside the airport?
One of our vehicles will be waiting ready in front of the address you have made a reservation for. The color and license plate of the vehicle waiting for you will be notified to you via email and WhatsApp.
How will I find the airport transfer vehicle at the airport?

Our Istanbul Airport Meeting Point (IST) When you arrive at Istanbul Airport, complete your customs procedures and collect your luggage, then proceed to the gate to exit the airport building. When you exit the gate, you will see Simit Sarayı located across from the gate, our greeting board G55 is located next to Simit Sarayı. Please inform our colleagues who will assist you to your vehicle of your name and reservation code. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle will pick you up within a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.

Our Sabiha Gökçen Airport Meeting Point (SAW) When you arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, complete your customs procedures and collect your luggage, then please proceed to Gate 13 to exit the airport building. You will see the H11 sign. Please inform our colleagues who will assist you to your vehicle of your name and reservation code. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle will pick you up within a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.
