1. Service Definition

MC Istanbul VIP Travel Agency ("Company") provides chauffeur-driven car rental, airport transfer, and urban transportation services to its customers.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Reservations can be made via the website, phone, or messaging applications.
• Pre-payment or credit card information may be requested for a definite reservation.
• Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the service date, the entire fee paid is refunded. In cancellations made in less than 24 hours, a fee refund may not be made or a deduction may be applied.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is obliged to provide correct and complete information during the reservation.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
• The customer must avoid behaviors that will cause damage to the vehicle. Otherwise, they may be held responsible for the damage caused.

5. Company Responsibilities

The Company is obliged to provide the promised service on time and safely, except for force majeure (natural disaster, heavy traffic, accident, etc.). In case of delay, the customer is informed as soon as possible.

6. Right to Change

The Company reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Current terms come into force on the date they are published on the website.
